Awareness of the present moment allows us to calm down and find a deeper sense of empowerment through breath awareness exercises, mindful movements, and an introduction to the practice of mindfulness meditation.
Laughter Yoga is the practice of using breathing techniques, facial muscle exercises, and laughter as a tool to signal the body to relax. Join us as we have fun while learning practical ways to manage stress and live life with more ease. HA-HA-Halika na’t tayo ay tumawa! (Let’s laugh together!)
Combining the powerful tools of the breath and gentle movements, we are able to champion peace of mind and mobility in our bodies. These classes are offered for kids, tweens, teens, adults, and elderly. We also offer customized one-on-one or group sessions.
A hero and leader is in each one of us. Through this series of activities and workshops, the leadership potential in YOU can be improved further. Exploring one's strengths and empowering one another, we are able to find ourselves avoiding sweating the small stuff and focusing on the courageous and invincible versions of ourselves.
How do we manage situations when we are experiencing nerve-wracking stress? How do we go through opportunities when we may feel overwhelmed with excitement (come to think of it is still a form of stress)? These are some questions that will be answered during this practical workshop on Stress Management Techniques that may be practiced day-to-day; no matter what we may face in life.
Budgeting and money management may be a cause of stress. Fret not, this time around we will be taking a look at what are the current spending habits that we have. Through worksheets and practical personal finance techniques, we will explore how to improve one's manner of handling resources.
With a theme each session, we will be nurturing creativity through various expressive arts activities using mixed media - cultivating resourcefulness, emotion regulation, and patience.
Music as a mode of healing and unwinding from the day-to-day grind. Taking this moment to keep in touch with our homegrown musical instruments as well as exploring resourcefulness and creativity by creating beats and tunes through unconventional instruments.
Learning never ends! In these Personality Development Programs -- willingness is key and enhanced confidence is the result! We will be going beyond our self-limiting beliefs as we empower each other through hands-on activities to nourish our well-being, self-care, and self-love.
